What it checks.
Security
- A secure connection (HTTPS), and whether the old http:// address forwards to it.
- Whether browsers are told to always use HTTPS.
- Protection against injected code and against other sites wrapping yours to trick visitors.
- Whether the site announces what server software it runs on.
Google and AI assistants
- A page title and a description for Google, and whether they are a sensible length.
- One clear main heading.
- Whether the words arrive with the page, or only appear once JavaScript runs.
- Business details in structured data, which Google and AI assistants read for your hours, prices and contact details.
- A main address declared, a robots.txt file, a sitemap, and no "noindex" tag hiding the page.
- A preview image for links shared on WhatsApp and Facebook, and descriptions on images.
Customers and AI assistants
- Your name, phone number and area in structured data, in the format AI assistants read.
- Prices on the page, and questions customers ask answered on it.
- Whether robots.txt turns AI assistants away, and whether there is an llms.txt brief for them.
- A WhatsApp, tap-to-call or booking link a customer on a phone can use in one tap.
- A link to your Google reviews or map.
Phones and speed
- Whether the page is set up for phone screens.
- How quickly the server answers, and how heavy the page is.
- Whether the page declares its language.
What the score means.
Each check is marked Good, Fix soon or Fix now. A good result counts in full, "fix soon" counts half and "fix now" counts nothing; the score is the share out of 100.
"Fix now" items cost you customers today: a page Google cannot read, a site that is not secure, or a page that is unusable on a phone. "Fix soon" items are the gap between a site that works and one that gets recommended.

Questions.
Is the website check really free?
Yes. No account and no card. We ask for a WhatsApp number or an email because that is where the full report goes; the score and the first things to fix show on screen straight away.
Does it work on Wix, WordPress or a site made with an AI builder?
Yes. It checks any public website, whatever built it, and tells you what it was built with when it can tell. Sites made with AI builders often fail one check in particular: the page arrives empty and only fills in once JavaScript runs, so Google and AI assistants may see a blank page.
Can I check a competitor's website?
Yes, any public website. It reads only what any visitor's browser would receive.
Why could it not check my site?
Usually because the address has a typing error, the site is down, or it blocks automated visitors. The message on screen says which. If you think it got it wrong, WhatsApp us and we will look at it ourselves.
What happens to the address I check?
We keep the address, its score and, if you gave one, your email, so we can help if you ask us to. We do not store your IP address. Our privacy policy has the details.
