Websites for gyms.
A website for your gym or training business that shows the price, the timetable and how to start — without a sales call.
We design your homepage first. You only pay if you want to go ahead.
What actually matters here.
Somebody deciding to join a gym has usually just decided to change something, and that feeling has a short shelf life. If your site makes them phone a salesperson to find out what it costs, that feeling is gone by Monday.
- What it costs a month, and whether they are tied into a contract
- The class timetable, current, readable on a phone
- Photographs of your actual floor and your actual members
- A free trial or first session, one tap away
- The trainers, with faces, names and what they specialise in
- Opening hours, including the early mornings and the weekend
How your customers actually find you.
This decision is made on impulse and then killed by friction. Somebody searches for a gym in their suburb late on a Sunday, opens three sites, and is looking for exactly three things: the monthly price, whether they are signing away twelve months, and the class timetable. Personal training is a different search again — that person is choosing a human being, usually for a specific goal, and they are reading the trainer's page and nothing else. Both are lost the moment the site says to contact us for pricing.
The pages a gym's site needs.
Not a template — this is the shape we would actually recommend, and why each page earns its place.
Where you are, what it costs, and how to come and try it. The mood that brought them here does not survive a maze.
Monthly figures, joining fee, and whether there is a contract. The contract question is the real one and most gym sites duck it.
Current, on one screen, readable on a phone. An out-of-date timetable is worse than no timetable, because somebody will arrive for a class that no longer runs.
The trainers with faces, names, what they specialise in and what a session costs. People buy the trainer, not the studio.
A trial session or a day pass, booked in one tap. The lowest-friction thing on the site should be the first visit.
A map, parking, and the hours that actually matter — whether you are open at five in the morning and what happens on a Sunday.
Start smaller and add pages later if you would rather. See plans and what they are worth to you, or check your current site free.
What goes wrong on most gyms' sites.
Said plainly, because these are the faults we are asked to fix most often — and if your current site has them, that is the redesign conversation rather than a new build.
- No prices, so the person who was ready to join on Sunday night has to wait for a sales call on Tuesday, by which time they have not joined.
- Silence on contracts. Enough South Africans have been stuck in a gym contract that not answering it reads as a bad answer.
- A timetable as a PDF or an image of a printed sheet, unreadable on the phone every single visitor is holding.
- Stock photographs of models in an American gym, which makes ordinary people feel the place is not for them.

Things people ask us.
Do I have to show my monthly price?
If you want the people who decided on Sunday night, yes. Withholding the price to force a sales conversation was a strategy that worked when a gym had no local competition; today it just means the person joins the studio down the road that published theirs. Show the monthly figure and be plain about any joining fee.
Should I say whether there is a contract?
Say it either way. Month-to-month is a genuine selling point and should be one of the first things on the page. And if you do run contracts, being straight about the term costs you fewer members than leaving people to assume the worst, which is what a silent site invites.
I am a personal trainer, not a gym. Do I need more than one page?
Often not. A single strong page with who you train, what you specialise in, what a session costs and a way to book the first one is usually enough, and a one-page site is the smallest thing we build. Add pages later if you start running groups or online programmes.
Do I have to pay before I see anything?
No. We design your homepage first and show it to you in a browser. If you do not like it, you owe us nothing. Only once you are happy do we agree a start date and take the first payment.
How much does a website for a gym cost?
One monthly price and no build fee: R 399, R 599 or R 899 a month, including the design, hosting and changes, or the year in one go with two months free. For most gyms we recommend the Grow plan (R 599), because it answers every enquiry for you. Full SEO is an extra from R 3 500 a month. You see your homepage before you pay.
I already have a site but it does nothing for me.
That is the most common call we get, and AI-built sites are a growing share of it. Run the free website check on our homepage to see exactly what is wrong; most sites have the same three faults: slow, painful on a phone, and never telling the visitor what to do next. We tell you honestly whether it needs replacing or just repairing, with a fixed quote.
Do I need to write all the content myself?
No. Give us the rough facts — what you do, where you work, what you charge — and we will shape it into something that reads well and sells. You approve every word before it goes live.
What happens after the site is live?
We host it, keep it patched and backed up, and make small changes as your business changes. That is the "care" part, included in every plan. You are never left holding a website you cannot edit and cannot reach anybody about.
Let's build yours.
Tell us what you need — a new site, a refresh, or just a question about what it would cost. We reply within a day, usually sooner.
Whichever you and your customers prefer.
